Full Time Sales Representative

We are looking for a full-time sales representative to join our solar sales team. 

No Experience is needed for this position, come with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to perform door to door sales. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as identifying and addressing their needs. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting your sales activity.

Average first year sales reps earn $100,000

Top 20% first year sales reps earn $150,000 - $200,000

Average 2nd year reps earn $200,000

Top 20% of 2nd year reps earn from $300,000 to $500,000

There is room for promotion as managers in our office earn over 7 figures per year.

We offer training pay $4500 upfront that is paid out in first 2-8 weeks depending on how fast it is earned.

We offer company stocks/shares for our top producers.

We take top reps on trips all over the world as incentives for their hard work.

Candidates will be assigned territory close to their home and will be fully trained on how to sell solar.

This is a door-to-door sales position.

There is no salary, base pay, or benefits.

We are 1099 employees.
